July 27th saw the first K1ngs of Glory K1 event (organised by Dale Percival who runs the successful Made 4 The Cage promotion) held locally at Rainton Meadows Arena. James Setchell picked up a well deserved points decision win. Trainer Steven Wright said ” I was over the moon for James, he trained harder than ever for this fight and really committed to his food plan too, to make the required weight. There are plenty of shows that Erawan Thai Boxing are invited to and I will be putting James forward to keep the momentum going as I believe he will do really well in this sport”.
